Ship Hull Cleaning Robot
Ship Hull Cleaning Robot is an automated cleaning equipment designed specifically for removing marine organisms (such
as barnacles, algae, shellfish) attached to the surface of underwater facilities such as ships and ocean platforms.
It integrates high-pressure water jet, magnetic adsorption technology, and intelligent control system to replace
high-risk artificial diving operations and achieve efficient and environmentally friendly ship maintenance.
Application scenarios:
Hull outer wall cleaning: Remove marine organisms and rust attached to the surface of the hull, restore the smoothness
of the hull to reduce navigation resistance, and adapt magnetic adsorption robots to cross complex surfaces such as
ship sides and bows.
Bottom cleaning: When entering the dock or working underwater, it replaces manual removal or chemical cleaning,
and quickly peels off corrosive attachments through high-pressure water jets to extend the life of the ship.
Petrochemical tank cleaning: Explosion proof designed robots enter flammable and explosive environments to clean
oil stains and biological residues on the inner walls of the tank.
