Wind Turbine Tower Robot
Wind Turbine Tower Robot is an automated equipment with magnetic adsorption, vacuum wall attachment and
other mobile technologies as its core, equipped with cleaning, rust removal, spraying or detection modules.
After adaptive modification, it is extended to the field of facade maintenance in scenarios such as ships and
petrochemical storage tanks, taking into account the intelligent operation and maintenance needs in high-altitude
and high-risk environments. Its core goal is to reduce personnel safety risks through unmanned operations, while
improving surface treatment efficiency and process standardization level.
Application scenarios:
1. Petrochemical storage tanks
External wall rust removal and anti-corrosion:
Replacing manual high-altitude operations, the robot cleans an area of 80-100 square meters per day, synchronously
recovers over 95% of dust, and meets the Sa2.5 standard for cleanliness;
Inner wall inspection and maintenance:
Equipped with a thickness measuring probe for corrosion monitoring of the inner wall of the tank, with a detection
accuracy of ± 0.05mm, supporting high-temperature (≤ 150 ℃) enclosed environment operations;
High pressure water jet is used to remove residues on the inner wall, with a daily operating efficiency of 60-70 square
meters.
2. Ship maintenance:
Hull shell treatment:
Remove barnacles, marine organisms, and old coatings, and use robots in conjunction with ultra-high pressure water
jets (50-70 ㎡/h) and vacuum recovery systems to avoid secondary pollution;
Robots automate the entire process of rust removal, drying, and anti fouling paint spraying on the surface of ship hulls.
Internal maintenance of cabin:
Adapt to complex spaces such as ballast tanks and cargo holds, complete weld polishing (Ra ≤ 6.3 μ m) and anti-corrosion
coating spraying, and reduce manual intervention by more than 90%.
